International Diversity: Our people have come from various locations in the United States and from many countries around the world, giving them the unique ability to view projects from a myriad of viewpoints.

Education: Most members of our staff have at least a Masters degree - and several beyond have pursued additional education beyond that.

Experience: Our web team collectively offers over 25 years of web site design experience, and our software development team has more than 50 collective years of experience. HRTec's staff also includes a total of over 70 years of military service experience, and more than 40 total years of Human Resources experience.
